McDonald's on the Ohio State University campus is a busy location that serves fast and good food despite its high volume of customers. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with employees always smiling and extending their best. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, making it a convenient option for all. While the dining experience may not be luxurious, the food is acceptable and the prices are reasonable. Customers appreciate the consistent friendly service and the pleasant vibe of dining in, even during high traffic times after games and events. Many find the location helpful for getting through their day, with the crew often working hard and being very sweet, especially during morning hours. However, some concerns have been raised about behavior outside of the restaurant, including inappropriate language and actions from certain individuals, which can affect the overall experience. Despite this, the location remains a dependable spot for quick meals and a friendly atmosphere.
