“Lavash has been one of my favorite places to eat in Columbus for many years, but today they went above and beyond for me. I made a large order for the parents of a newborn so we could freeze tasty meals for them. The staff read and acted on my order notes about helping to label each meal, and they offered alternative options for items that wouldn’t freeze well when I came to pick up. The food is excellent and fresh, and the staff are kind and efficient. Thanks Lavash!“

We tried a variety of dishes including an appetizer of fried zucchini, gyro, wild caught salmon, moussaka, and steak and chicken souvlaki (kebabs). All were delicious. “Best fast casual type of restaurant you'll find anywhere but at some point there needs to be a conversation about some of the staff at the short north location... almost every time I go I have an experience so odd it feels like I am getting pranked by a hidden camera. If someone were to tell me they're testing AI robots that work off a limited script I would understand, and also feel better about robots taking human facing jobs. Foods still fantastic and won't impact me from going at least once a week but the robo staff experience has happened too many times to not start the conversation about getting some humans back behind the counter slinging the best food in town.“

“We went to have dinner last evening. They told us that the dinner is $15.99. They told us that the brisket wasn't included, but they were nice enough to serve us brisket from the lunch. On the way to check out at the counter, we pay extra for brisket per pound. Since they were nice to us, we didn't check the price (which we should've). The day after we were checking the price, it was way more than we thought it was. Lunch was $17, 99, and dinner was $15.99. When I called then I was told they person at the counter charged us $21, 99, which was WAY more than t were supposedose to charge. The person was firm on the price until I told him thathadave text from sababa of lunch, which was $17, 99, and we had din, er, which was $15.99. Of course, I was upset about him because he either didn't know the truth or lying out right that he didn't know they had a promotion yesterday for less price. (If you are working at the counter it's your JOB to know to charge your customers rightfully) If someone is upset on it than it's your job to calm them, not to get ANGRY on retaliation. He called his manager and after a long hold, for which I thought he discussed it with his counter person that what's actually going wrong, he told me that it's not a big deal and it's just $5 dollars, which was way more than that. Obviously, it pissed me off, and again, the manager got ANGRY in retaliation (which he shouldn't be) because both the customer service and the manager are NOT giving you the right information. In the last, he told us the correct amount to be refunded and HUNG UP ABRUPTLY. (Without apologizing or saying SORRY. As I said, FOOD is awesome, but the customer service from the counter SUCKS but the waitress is really NICE to provide us brisket. I would ask anyone if their is a discount price for the dinner ($15.99) and you are charged for regular lunch price (21.99), and the customer service is NOT accepting mistake. Wouldn't you be upset or mad about it? The manager would be angry about giving you a refund and hanging up abruptly without apologizing.“

“I love this place is so close to home for me. I also like the option of drive thru or dine in. I highly recommend their mango lemonade its extremely incredible! Everything else they have that I have tried has been fairly priced and good. The staff are nice and parking has never been a issue for me. I will be back!“

“I truly don’t know how this place has a 3-star rating the food is soooo good and fresh!! It’s at one of those cloud kitchen locations so if customer service was an issue for anyone it isn’t a direct representation of the restaurant itself.

My food was made on time and delicious. It was so good I ordered just for me and my fiancé who’s very picky tried some of mine and went back and got some for himself! Lol“

“The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Abdul always makes sure things are made accurately and timely. The food is fresh, hot and made to order. The ingredients have great flavor and they are not stingy with the seasoning. There are 3 sauces...white is mayo based, red is spicy and green is mild but flavorful. The wings are cooked well and saucy, fries are portioned large, fish sandwich is portioned nicely, chicken Philly is wonderful, fish and chicken platters comes with a cold crunchy salad...Havent had the desserts but they look delicious.“

Once for breakfast where we enjoyed the steak and eggs with a side of home fries, small pancake stack, western omelette with home fries and a side order of bacon. Our second visit occurred during lunch. We enjoyed an appetizer of fried mushrooms and the Reuben with fries. Everything was excellent and arrived to the table hot! Restaurant is clean, portions are plentiful and it’s family owned! Highly recommend!“

“Hands down the best food truck ever. Their rice is mind blowingly good, fluffy, aromatic, and delicious. I make rice EVERY DAY, and I still can't replicate it. Their falafel is also perfect. I'm a fan of their yogurt sauce and my partner thinks their Chicken is the best they have ever had. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back again soon.

“This is the most unbelievable food I've had in my life. It was my first time so I wasn't familiar with the prices and items so I just picked whatever looked good. It came out to 20 dollars. Whatever I got was cooked really well and tasted like something you'd find at the most expensive restaurant. One of the things I got was a honey mustard tasting chicken. It was so delicious. The food here is incredibly filling and hearty. I don't even think I could eat the rest of the day after getting something from here. The only thing I didn't like was the nan/pita bread they gave. It was awful.“
