After arriving to the restaurant after making reservations for NYE, only to find out the restaurant was closed down for good! Not a good experience

I know this place is closing, but I was disappointed. It took 7 minutes from me being seated by host before anyone approached me. Staff kept walking by and said nothing. The only staff who smile was Robbie, the assistant manager. I was sad about the closing, but with the level of service is probably for the best. My burger was great but my drink and shrimp appetizer was bland.

Food was very bland. Chicken didn't have salt or pepper. First time at this establishment and we were'nt impressed. Brandon our waiter was excellent and gave great recommendations. Beautiful view

It was a pretty busy holiday evening, so I give some grace there. We had a reservation, once seated waited very long before anyone came to our table. Once the server came by, he wasn't terribly friendly or polite. We had a tiny table for two, and he just kept adding more plates and removing nothing. At one point I assumed my dinner was not going to come at all. Overall, the service and atmosphere felt like more of a “stop for a quick lunch” type of place and experience vs the cost that reflected more of a “nice dinner” pricing. I will return for lunch or casual dinners in the future.

The burger with house salad was delicious. Tasty and the right size portion. Loved the Just Berry It drink too. The hot chocolate dessert was excellent and unique. Taylor made our girls Christmas outing very special. Sad to see this place close soon. City of Columbus needs to do the right thing for this veteran, worthy restaurant.

We were glad to eperience Milestone 229 one more time before they close their doors on 12/31/24. What a great restaurant with a beautiful location in Bicentennial Park. They will be missed.

The service was amazing, the young lady was so positive and energetic. She was running the bar while waiting on us and never missed a beat. I hope she lands an amazing job after Milestone 229 closes down

We got notification that they were closing so made a reservation. Upon arrival they were slammed understandingly and we had to wait a long time to get seated. The servers, bartenders, hostess and manager were extremely positive and apologetic. We didn't mind knowing the situation. Our service at both the bar and restaurant were exceptional as well as the food as always. We will miss you Milestone 229♥️

I was disappointed in my meal at Milestone. I expected a better food experience. For the prices, the food was just meh. Nothing came out piping hot and there weren't that many people there. Kind of wished I would've used my Longhorn gift cards instead. It was out 26th wedding anniversary, so we always like to go to upscale restaurants for special occasions. The food was not upscale and lacked finesse in presentation. Not sure why it has great reviews. The ambiance was nice yes, but the food didn't match the location or the prices. Definitely not a recommendation for me. Our server was great but that was the only pleasant experience unfortunately. ?

Food was delicious and the restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere. Sunday is a brunch menu, I got a grilled chicken sandwich with garlic fries and a 614 lager. Three adults with drinks totaled $82 before tip so it’s a little higher end but definitely worth it if you’re looking for a nice place to share a meal. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Outside there’s a downtown interactive map to find fun places nearby.

Beautiful spot to sit by the water and enjoy all Columbus has to offer. Food was tasty and service was great minus forgetting the salt on the margarita! Twice! Overall excellent and would highly recommend!
