3rd shift workers here: I just don't think we will order again. The ginger garlic chicken just tasted like dry ground ginger and garlic powder was dumped on top at the end. It was like eating ginger flavored dust. We tried the moon fries. They were soggy and we could not detect 1 bit of salt, just more raw, ground spice dust. Side orders of white rice were soaked in liquid. Its like it was dried out and then water added to try to make it moist....which just made it soggy. We like the concept, just not the food we tried.

We had Moonbowls catering recently at work. The food was packaged well and stayed hot. Everything was really tasty and 100% gluten free!

I order moonbowls all the time. And I love the cauliflower wings but in the last couple months or so every time I get them they are full of uncooked batter and not edible at all. This is very upsetting cause I keep ordering them hoping this time they won't be that way but I'm always disappointed. Especially paying 15.50 for food i can't even eat. I'm not saying don't order their food i really like it but I'm hoping they will read this and remedy the issue.

I found two strands of hair inside my chicken ball, absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t continue eating after that. I strongly encourage better hygiene practices, such as proper use of gloves and hair/beard coverings, to prevent this from happening again.

I like the food, as far as the way it tastes but I have ordered twice now and one time the rice was very under done, the second time, it was kiter crunchy. I am not exaggerating. Worst of all it was during Ramadan after I had fasted all day and that was supposed to have been my dinner. The sweet potatoes were also really firm. If I could know ahead of time that the rice would be soft and fluffy I would order again. Since I can't know, I wouldn't order..

Moonbowls is one of my Uber favs! I personally ❤️ the crispy cauliflower bowl. My bf gets the steak. Both great and always taste fresh.

Food showed up, noodles caked together and hard, they charged me for mushrooms and left them out. Fried cauliflower had so much batter, gochujang sauce was very watered down. Worst food I’ve had in this city. Their phone doesn’t work. Just really low quality, I want a refund.

The food is delicious. They are opened later than other places around me and this gives me the option for healthy food when I’m ordering out.

For my first time ordering, the food was great. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive one of the items listed on my receipt—the kale slaw was missing from my bowl.

Every time I come here to pick up food it’s always delayed or I have to wait an extra 20 minutes on top of the drive to get the food. Also this is a ghost kitchen. Theres like 50 restaurants here all cooked on the same grill. I’m just tired of being screwed over by this place. I only leave reviews after it’s happened more than 5 times in a row.

We order from moonbowls pretty regularly - it hits that need for something healthy, filling, and not bland. We love it. Plus the delivery times are always crazy fast. I don’t really get why they have any negative reviews, it’s exactly as advertised and so great.
