This establishment deserves negative stars honestly ….how long does it take to check patrons ID’s and bags ! The doorman has a short man complex
If you're looking for the loudest place to spend your weekend in downtown, this is the place for you. Noir Lounge has been an absolute nightmare to live near. They show no consideration for neighbors, blasting music so loudly that it shakes the walls of our apartment, even a block away. The bass is relentless, making it impossible to sleep, with noise starting as early as 7pm and going past 2am every weekend. When the bar finally closes, it’s not over, guests linger in the alley, playing music from their cars, which only adds to the chaos. Not even earplugs help. Living near this lounge has been one of the most disruptive and frustrating experiences I’ve had.
It would be greatly appreciated if the lounge could show some consideration for the surrounding neighborhood by controlling the volume or, at the very least, keeping their doors closed to contain the sound. Informing guests not to play loud music outside after closing would also make a huge difference.

We had a great time. We had a large party and were greeted by wonderful staff. The music was fantastic. Great prices for food and drinks. Noir is a great place to invite friends, family and coworkers for a fun night out.

As an African American visitor to this town, I was eager to explore new places, but my experience at this establishment has left me disappointed. Despite visiting twice in two weeks, I received unfriendly service from Morgan, the bartender. Initially, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, assuming she was having a bad day the first time, but the same attitude persisted on my second visit. To add to the frustration, gratuity was already included, yet I still tipped extra. It's disheartening to encounter subpar service, especially from a black-owned business.

Decor is cute. They still charged the whole squad a $10 cover (We arrived afyer 1 am) then stated they'd close at 1:30am AFTER WE PAID and ordered drinks. Never again.
