This location of Olive Garden is horrible! We've never had problems like this at any other location, or any other restaurant for that matter. Unfortunately, after our experience with this location, we'll never order Olive Garden again.

We ordered carry out and when we got home, we realized they had overcharged us. My husband had to go back to the restaurant. He showed the manager our receipts clearly showing they overcharged us, but the manager at this location refused to help us. It was obvious on both the restaurant receipt and on the online statement that they had overcharged us, so we don't understand why the manager refused to reverse the erroneous charges.
When we explained the situation to their corporate office they just didn't respond. We finally had to involve our credit card company and got a refund pretty quickly.

It's unfortunate that they don't employ honest and customer oriented managers because the food was excellent. No one should have to go through such a hassle to make something right when it was obviously their fault. We've never been treated so poorly by any restaurant before.

My advice check both your restaurant receipt and your online receipt. If they overcharge you, let your credit card company handle it.

Food was ok but not great. The service was horrible I think the waiter was very new but he brought out 3 bread sticks for 4 people and then forgot me and my wife's drinks but brought out my daughters and her bf drinks . Took our orders and forgot to put my wife's order in and that took another 20 minutes. Very disappointed in the service and food

My husband and I were feeling a little nostalgic and wanted some olive garden. The app calamari was so overcooked that we could not eat it. My husband ordered the steak gorganzola Alfredo his steak came over, cooked dry, and was not good. They did remake his steak. My order was the shrimp and chicken carbonara it was horrible, sweet the shrimp had a funky taste. It's not a good dining experience at all. Sad because I use to love OG this was horrible.

Not the best. First off I'm Italian and never come to places like this for a reason. We had a gift card and my kids wanted to try the bread sticks and salad because I thought you can't mess those up but I was wrong. Bread sticks are over salted and the salad was tasteless with wilted lettuce. Our waitress was less than attentive and they weren't even busy. We ordered calamari to start and she forgot to put the order in so it came with our food. I got shrimp scampi if that's what you want to call it and it was not hot and had a hair. My older son got spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs obviously tasted like bagged but we were expecting that part. They did re make my dish and it wasn't terrible but I've made better at home. Our waitress left and a new one came and was way more attentive. I'd say we won't be back luckily we had a gift card. The best part was the time spent with my kids regardless of the food but that was it. I will say the manager was apologetic and took my meal off and the appetizer. Polaris location

Excellent food but we unfortunately had very unpleasant service by Johnathan from start to finish.
I went out with my fiancé to celebrate my birthday. We asked if they do anything for birthdays and he said “we sing”. I said “you don’t give a free dessert anymore?”. He said “we do”.
My fiancé got a salad and I got soup. When I asked for refills on both he refused to get us more salad unless we paid for it because I ate some. I haven’t been here in 15+ years, and my fiancé has never been here (crazy right?) so we didn’t know it was forbidden to have a couple bites lol.
He didn’t ask how our food was
He didn’t check on us when our call server light was on, we had to flag him down
He didn’t say happy birthday
He didn’t smile, didn’t laugh
He didn’t even give us mints🥺
He said and did the bare minimum during our stay which is disappointing for a birthday dinner.

We love Olive Garden but tonight the Polaris Olive Garden did an extremely poor job with managing their wait. So disorganized for large parties. The main gentleman working the list was just terrible. We visit Olive Garden alot and are used to a good flow and having a clear idea of how many are ahead of you. We waited an hour and 1/2 for party of 8. We watched countless parties larger than us be seated before us... finally they offered 2 separate booths. We had already waited so long we went ahead and said ok. It was still another 1/2 hour after we agreed to sit separate and they forgot we were still there waiting... get your stuff together Polaris! Heath and Reynoldsburg Olive Garden are always busy when we go and even the one in parkersburg wv! All do 10x better job than this one!

My daughter had a reservation for 7 at 6 o’clock on 1/11/25. After waiting in the lobby for over an hour past the reservation time the hostess was asked about the table. The hostess was rude and told the party they would have to leave if they came to the stand again. The customer service was very bad at this location.

I’d give zero stars if possible due to manager incompetence, no apologies for delays on top of delays, no offer of comp’d food/drinks as an hour call ahead plus a “maybe 45 min wait” turned into an hour forty-five wait. When speaking (calmly & conversationally) to the manager, I was told that I’d be kicked out of the restaurant if I asked about timing again (as our group of 8 celebrating a birthday waited). Completely unprofessional and unwarranted behavior by the manager, although the check-in person was trying to be helpful

I gave it a 4 instead of a 3 because my complaints are not against this specific location but Olive Garden in general. The breadsticks have gone downhill and are now very hard and lack flavor. Also I didn’t get any mints with my bill. What’s up with that?

Hostess needs to get a new job. Telling everyone 10-15 min wait because people don't want a booth and there are empty tables. Poor customer service.
