Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Typical suburban restaurant, with the same food and service. Nothing out of the ordinary with this restaurant, but we were annoyed with the ladies at the table next to us swearing like crazy around our child, which really killed the atmosphere. It wasn't exactly the family-friendly restaurant it's advertised as.

Its just okay. Can you have buyer remorse after eating at a restaurant? The booth are unclean, the staff, respecially the host are unfriendly. Again, the saving grace is the food….but even that is just okay. There are better options.

Jack was Our server, he was excellent. Jack had every order perfectly done. Food fresh and looks appealing and inviting. Prices are very reasonable.

Good food, long wait time is accurate. But Carla was fantastic and made our birthday celebration special! Great recommendations, able to anticipate our needs, and extremely accurate! What a gem!

We just had a very very worst experience.. we ordered some of the drinks and the waiter spilled all the drinks all over the place and our dresses bags were filled with drinks and also one of the drink he brought had a fly and he didn’t had minimum sense of apologizing and not even guilty for what he had done and moved us to different table , was already 10 mins not even came to ask … and we complained it to the receptionist even she was like we had to wait for the another table …. What a waste service and terrible experience … and said we’ll leave and how rudely they said to leave no concerns and nor asked or offered any thing

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. From the start, the service was chaotic — the staff **accidentally spilled all our drinks on us**, and while mistakes happen, their response was shockingly indifferent. There was **no real apology**, just a half-hearted shrug and a sorry

To make things worse, we found **a fly in one of our drinks**. When we brought this up, the staff seemed more annoyed than apologetic. Instead of addressing the issue seriously, they told us to wait again — with no sense of urgency or accountability.

It's frustrating to be treated so poorly when you're just trying to enjoy a meal. Between the **poor service, lack of hygiene, and overall dismissive attitude**, I cannot recommend this place.

The guys at the hostess stand are honestly just terrible and don’t listen , 7/12/25 i asked for a booth for my group so my 4 year old son can sit between me and my wife to eat and so we can cut up his food. Upon waiting over an hour for our booth we were led to a 6 person table not a booth that we were waiting for. The employee who i presume is the shift lead shrugged an said “i dont know what you expect us to do” well i expect to be treated like family when i come here with my family, especially if we wait for the accommodations we want. I swear its something different every-time with this location this will be the last time i visit this one! The only good thing left that they have is the servers.

Had a great experience at Olive Garden last week but the only issues I have is when getting up from the booth I smacked my head not once but twice on the over hanging light fixture above the booth tables. I strongly suggest raising them.
