We tried this place recently for a weekend dinner. Was not the favorite after tasting the food and seeing the quantity. Great atmosphere, friendly people and clean tables and restrooms. Didn’t like the taste of somethings. Some items felt pricey for what you get in quantity of food. Would be worth for trying out for once, might not visit here again.

If I have to place the order online. Check in to a curbside texting service when I’m there (as asked by your website). And still have to walk in to the store and find my own to go food. Why are you asking for a tip? This is from someone that spent over a decade in food service. C’mon man.

Dinner reservations at 6:30. Last person got their bill at 9:30. This was a Wednesday evening. We had reservations for over a week. They seemed surprised when we came in for our reservation and had to go set up the tables ( we were maybe 5 minutes early).

I got some ribs because I love ribs. However these ribs were the most disgusting things I’ve ever eaten in my entire life! What saved the restaurant completely was the waitress. When I let her know that they were terrible and I didn’t want them She was very polite and very nice and offered me something else which I declined, but my daughter was eating there as well and her food was good she said. The waitress got an extra nice tip but the food there Very questionable to say the least!

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant . Original server told us she usually tends bar. We had seen a special that was 14.99 for a 3 course meal.. but apparently you have to ask for it since it wasn't on menu.. so she gave us the card showing the 14. 99 options in the meantime 20 mins pass and NO one comes back to help us then a different waitress comes to take our order we show her the card the original waitress gave us showing the 14.99 special. She then told us that the 3 course was not available (my guess is due to Valentine's Day and they wanted to make more $$$) so eventually we order just 3 appetizers food was sub par to say the least. I went to the restroo before leaving and one of the male hosts used the urinal next to me walked out without washing his hands! I will NEVER go back!

Decided to drive an hour to Outback on a very NOT busy Saturday night for the first time since before Covid. Our salads came out before our sodas and appetizer. Husband and I both ordered prime rib, at least 1/3 of it was solid fat and the meat was very bland. The kid’s burger was just meat and cheese, no other toppings. And the servers kept leaning over top of our plates despite us trying to take things from them. (I could understand in the case of hot plates, but this was not the case.) A bit of a disappointment.

Had a taste for French Onion Soup. Outback does it pretty well. Also had a small house salad. Wasn't very good on this visit but I didn't bring it to our server's attention. Only 4 stars for service because we didn't receive the bread at the beginning of our meal.
Food is bland steaks never seem to have any flavor to them.

Went for lunch. Very calm in there but our service was very slow. It appeared there was 1 host and 1 server working but I could be wrong. Had to ask for our own bread and I only knew we should have been offered bread once I walked to the restroom and seen other tables with it. I asked the host if it was complimentary and he said yes and offered to grab us some. Other than that food was great! Lunch prices were great!
Our waiter was fantastic! The food was overcooked and unappealing. They supposedly made it again fresh, but it looked about the same. Not many customers at all.

Our server Cory G. was amazing!! I can’t remember the last time i’ve had such a kind and fun experience while going out to eat. The host and other serves were all kind as well. Food and drinks were good, and ready fast. Will definitely be back.
