We took a group of 25 and they handled it very well. Food was all great and wait time wasn’t long. They did an excellent job of keeping up on refills and checking on everything. Thank you very much for a great experience!

Honesty is gold. Last night was horrible as people piled up by the front door making reservations? What lies ! Never will it be a treat to visit from out of town to see a fire hazard happen in a well-known eatery. Why lie to all those people using the will of the dollar bill for profits over safety? The manager was serving, and the staff was elusive, yet the door entrance was piling up, unable to seat without honestly conveying the situation.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! We arrived at 6:03pm gave our name and number to the hostesses and were told there would be a 35 min wait for a table of 3 (no problem). 35mins later we inquire about a table and we're informed 25mins because of the flu going around several cooks and kitchen people called off, and the management are pulling kitchen duty. After waiting an additional 25mins and watching folks AFTER us come in to be seated because they made on line reservations (which we were told they do not accept reservations) we inquired a 3rd time AGAIN were told there is a wait of 40mins! At this point were well committed into this waiting period, and we see 2 booths and a high table cleared and open. When we inquire about those and being seated we were told they are waiting for people BEFORE us to set up and be seated. I responded that people after us are being SEATED. Now several things here: poor mangement, management "stepping into cooking " rolls (last time I was aware you need training in the kitchen for food preparation), on line reservations? This is a steakhouse walk in steak house not Hyde Park. Take accountability and be honest of a reasonable wait time. Lastly I am STILL WAITING for my table is ready text 12hrs later! 2.22.2025 @ 6:03pm

I ordered two meals, one chicken tender meal and one salmon meal. The salmon was so over cooked it looked like a hamburger, and the fries tasted frozen and uncooked. The tenders were cold as well.
The manager, Cliff Wilson, was a jerk when we called in to complain. He acted like we were on his nerves when explaining how bad our meal was.
It's a shame because we frequent this location all the time. We even had dinner there after our wedding and brought our family and friends. We will NEVER come this this location ever again.

The food was good, but the service was mediocre at best. My steak was ordered medium rare and came out rare. I'm ok with rare so not terrible, but also not what I ordered. We never got refills on our drinks.
This was my first visit to the outback, I always thought it was a nicer restaurant than texas roadhouse or longhorn. I was so wrong. We got our appetizer before our bread or drinks. The food was terrible, my steak looked like a hamburger patty and was so tough. The French onion soup had no flavor. We had to ask for refills and when we were still putting our food into boxes...the busser approached us and began reaching over us grabbing our dishes. We spent about $100...if you're going to spend that much money, at least go somewhere with better options

Order over 100$ worth of food, I'm literally never ever eating here again, my steak was raw, severely undercooked, mushrooms and onions smelled rancid and old, steam veggies were hard and raw, caked was dry and hard, missing items, baked potatoe too much salt, food was below quality in every way. I hope this place closes down. I felt completely disrespected like dog food, inedible. Please spend your money somewhere else. Never ever ever again.

Went last week, January 29. Wanted to order the Walkabout Wedneday. No draft beer that is included with meal. Asked for a cheap bottled beer instead. Told no way! Went tonight, Wedneday, February 5. Two people at bar. I guess she was the bartender who was flirting with a customer. After 5 minutes, she noticed me and took her time to come over. Again, no draft beer! This place is going under. No manager there. If you go across the interstate, There is a Texas roadhouse that is packed and cares that you are a customer! Don't waste your time at Outback. This location is going under.

My waitress was phenomenal. My food was done exceptionally well and I was well taken care of. I have zero complaints. I usually eat here every time I stay in Columbus just because I've never had a bad meal here and they did not disappoint yet again!
