I went in around 2pm and it was very easy and quick to get seated! My server was Ace and he noticed that I had my laptop and moved my to a table closer to an outlet, which was very considerate! I got the Aussie 3 course meal and it was a lot of food for a great price. Will definitely be back!

Was a total of maybe 10 people in the whole restaurant. Took maybe 10 minutes for anyone to take our drink order. Our server was very personable and great just took forever to bring anything out which I’m sure was not his fault. We ordered an appetizer that took over 30 minutes to come out. Placed our main course order which took another 45 minutes to come out. We both ordered steaks medium and came out well done. One of the steaks with shrimp which was barely edible because of how overcooked it was. We told our server and he brought out the manager and when we described our steaks told us that’s the temperature we ordered when the picture on the menu was completely different. Will not be returning.

If I could give it a zero, I would. Spent all day traveling and then immediately walking around the zoo. Made a waitlist. (Where I live in Indiana, the outback will text you and communicate). This is a much larger city and they do not do that I guess. I called immediately to make sure I was on the waitlist. The person who answered said yes and to wait 25/30 mins. I did not get a text. I checked online from the email they sent, my reservation on waitlist expired. I called, the next person who answered stated that it did expire and that I was to come in. I stated that I was awaiting a text and was not told my table was ready. She then stated that I could be added again after coming in only, not just online (been to multiple outbacks and this is the first this has EVER been a thing), she wanted my family, with small, hungry children included to wait ANOTHER 30 mins after my previous wait time after they failed to contact me.

Great dinner deals for everyone! Selection choices are great, upbeat staff and nice atmosphere!! Bright, inviting, clean, open. The chimichurri sauce was amazing, so fresh, great recipe! Steak cooks med rare to perfection. Our server Ms Jordan was amazing and we recommend this spot every single time!! 👏🏼

Just to start off we were celebrating my actual birthday that day and my daughters birthday🎉🎁🎊🎈 from the previous Wednesday. Now also let me preface this by saying this was a Sunday and it was definitely NOT a rush! The waitress was excellent but even she told my daughter’s boyfriend that she and her children never eat there… they go to Longhorn!!! WOW😳!! However, we sat there a good 10-15 minutes before anyone even took a drink order and then another 10-15 minutes to actually get the two cocktails and sodas for the table. I should have realized how things were going to go. But the appetizers games and they were fantastic!!! So I thought well it was just a blip? Right? Wrong…. The soups and salads came and omg!! 😱 watery potato soup, something they called French onion ( my mom wouldn’t eat it) but bread was great 👍 Next the entrees came out about 20 minutes later. Yeah 🫤 The steaks were either cooked to shoe leather or dripping with blood. My mother’s had a piece of gristle running through that made it impossible to eat. And you’re paying $23 - $27 per cut!!! I mean what? Needless to say mom’s was comped. I will say that the cheesecake I received for my birthday was delicious as was the raspberry sauce. The baked potato was passable, so were the sautéed mushrooms. The two boys kids meal seemed good but we weren’t there for kids meal… Disappointed ☹️

Went here with my mom and it was super clean and not really packed. Our server had the craziest set of nails we loved them & even took a pic! The food was good but towards the end of our meal we realized that they got our steaks mixed up. I had medium well and my mom got well done so we had the right sides but wrong steaks. She just wanted to take hers home and air fry for later & she doesn’t eat a lot so she ate a few bites but still wish she didn’t need to do that. We both ate all of our sides. The drink I had wasn’t very strong or even gave a buzz at all so there’s that! They’re cheap drinks so I get it. 10/10 for our server he was awesome.
