Waited forever for curbside. Given the wrong order. They wouldn't answer their phone. Had to physically go in to get correct order which defeats the whole purpose of curbside. Too expensive for what you get. $6 for a scoop of macaroni and cheese that came out of a bag? No thanks.

When I order coffee for pickup it should be made to order instead of an empty cup left on the shelf. I haven't had this issue anywhere else it's just this location that manages to screw things up half the time.

Nice large dining area with tables clearly marked as usable or not. But no one pays attention to the signs anyhow, and management doesn't seem to be overly concerned about enforcing their own rules.

I ordered a HALF Asian sesame salad for lunch and waited Well over 20 minutes for. It not only has the wrong dressing, but only consists of lettuce, wontons and a pinch of sliced almonds, it is supposed to have much more (according to the website and cashier). Very disappointed with the service I received from staff and this pitiful "salad", which is basically only lettuce, and cost me triple+ what a head of lettuce costs. Not worth the time or money spent. Good thing the green tea is amazing, besides that I would Not recommend coming to this location.

Awful experience the cashier was rude and every time I come in there he always has an attitude, wasn’t wearing gloves when making my smoothie and this is the second time I’ve seen people not wearing gloves while making food. I do not recommend eating here at all.

I don't know which is better the Good Food or Great Customer Service. Panera Bread always delivers great healthy, filling food, and wonderful customer service.

Today I was in that store craving a fresh and tasty pizza. But that's not what happened. I ate a hot pizza after I asked for it to be heated. but I'm not here to make it negative, but for the employees to improve. i will be back for a margarita pizza soon. the same happened with macaroni and cheese, it was cold in the middle.

The staff are always very pleasant, but I have gone there more times than I can count after a chiropractor visit next door, and the coffee is ALWAYS COLD. It's almost comical at this point.

When I got home, I found they left the sandwich half out of the pick 2. I ASKED the guy at the counter if he had double checked it. He said yes. I looked at the receipt , everything was on there....the only thing I didn't do was empty the bag and look. So...I called from home and said the sandwich was missing and he says..."was it a ham and swiss?? Because we're out of ham today!" (Maybe you should have told me that before I paid for it and took the other half home). Then he offers me a free extra baguette for the trouble, which was STILL missing the second time! Just total incompetence.

Very good coffee and pastries especially bear claw & pecan braid.Many times coffee is cold or empty.Waiting duration is sometimes long.

I did an online order for breakfast. No one from the staff greeted me. I stood around for 15 mins and after they saw that everyone else that was waiting around was helped they asked if they could help me; I was standing in line on one of the designated spots. Most of the place felt disorganized. I dont know who was the shift supervisor but they weren't doing very well to keep things flowing. One gentleman working there was on it. He was moving around to wherever was needed but he was the only one doing that. Everyone was working but without guidance, without the push to get people helped. I ordered a couple of wraps and they were... boring. The description sounded amazing. But getting a wrap, folded into a square (and half the size it should've been), where the flatbread was way too chewy(stall then reheated) and the ingredients were clumped together (the peppers in it were all packed in one bite, never tasted the Chipotle for the chicken) was extremely disappointing. Just overall the meal was mediocre and nothing was really good. I wouldn't go back, it was nothing that I was looking for.

This morning I went in to grab a bagel and coffee they only had one cashier who was very polite and I saw the manager just walking around not assisting anyone. There were more than five people in line and she didn’t stop to help ring anyone out or assist any customers. I watched her walk to the back to grab her empty cup to go to the fountain and fill it up and then she went back in the back. Great customer service from the one gentleman who was at the register but they need a new management!!
