Last Thursday evening, I visited the store to order a few pastries for the next day. The woman at the counter was very helpful and patient while taking my order. However, when she needed a supervisor to approve an override, the supervisor was surprisingly rude. She told me that if I wanted to place an order again, I should use the app or call by phone. If that’s the case, why even keep the counter open for orders?

Ordered delivery, child’s entree was missing, sides were missing, and my green tea was replaced with Mountain Dew. I was offered a credit for a future order, which of course does me zero good because I will not make the mistake of ordering here again.

Water for tea was cold and there was a hair in my sandwich sticking out from between the cheese. Over priced. $10 for a crappy half a sandwich. I thought we were getting a whole sandwich but it was just a half. When I told the manager I thought we ordered a whole sandwich and wanted another half, she told me I had to pay another $10 for another half. She wouldn’t sell me the other half of a sandwich for the $3 difference for what should have been the whole price sandwich. Bad. I won’t be back!

I don’t normally post reviews but I came to Panera tonight to get a soup for my stomach and my unlimited sip club drink. The drive thru was acting like their machines and my cards weren’t working which isn’t true as I had just used my card before I came. When I asked why they could check me out with the in cafe register since they were clearly having issues with the drive thru one, the manager acted like he couldn’t do that which was stupid!! I thought he was very rude I believe his name was Chad. I called the store after and the girl that answered the phone was very nonchalant about everything. Very horrible experience and highly disappointed in Panera!!

I had mac and cheese and an iced coffee and they were both good but it was quite expensive

Waited for 15 min so that someone can take my order and the manager told me to wait, as he is busy taking an interview.
I don’t know what kinda customer service is that.
We were a group of 8 friends and had to leave.
Hope the management gets to see this.

Food was like warm. Staff seemed dead inside i wasn't even able to get someone to help me at the register to get my free pastery from my mobile order. The place was a mess trash on 60% of the tables. Anyway that's my rant I hope whatever is going on with the management changes there soon because I do enjoy going to this location.

Ordered online. Picked up at window. Waited by the speaker. No response. Went to window got berated by a 14 year old looking child answering the window. Whined that I should use the speaker next time. There won't be a next time child.food was greasy and small.
