Swensons has gone down hill. Food quantity is abysmal. The galley boy was so small I thought I was at White Castle. There weren’t even olives on our galley boys. Your signature touch to the sandwich wasn’t even there. The burgers lacked sauce and cheese. Then the onion rings were burnt. As a long time fan I would have rather Wendy’s.
We had the pleasure of having Mr.Friday as our server at the Reynoldsburg location. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. Despite being short staffed he maintained his composure and professionalism. Thank You
