Stopped in to pick up a sandwich combo for my wife and me. The store was medium busy but the ordering line moved quickly...while ordering the store associate told me I had a free product available to me...I chose my favorite... cinnamon bagel...my order was ready within minutes...the store was clean ... service Great ?

I went to Panera Bread and ordered two bagels and a tropical green smoothie to eat there. I could only eat one bagel, so I decided to take the other one to go. I asked a staff member who was clearing empty plates if I could get my remaining bagel to go.She responded by laughing, shaking her head, and ironically asking if I really wanted just one bagel to go. I said yes. She then went inside, presumably to get a bag, and told her coworker that I wanted my bagel to go. She returned, still smiling ironically, and asked again if I wanted one bagel to go. I confirmed, and she walked away again.As I was standing near the ordering area, she came back and yelled, “Do you want one bagel to go?” I replied, “Yes, is there a problem?” She said there was no problem, muttered something I couldn’t hear, and left.Eventually, I got my bagel to go, but the whole experience was very uncomfortable. I keep wondering why she acted that way.

Ordered a Ciabatta Cheese steak plain (just the meat and cheese). No Ciabatta bread available, and someone decided to add the items that I didn't want. End result: one nasty sandwich.

The REAL problem is the air conditioning. It's hot and stuffy there today (4/28), but GET THIS. The management told the workers that since the building was built in the 80s, the HVAC system can't be fixed. Have you EVER heard such a blatant lie? They're actually letting their workers (and customers) suffer because they're too cheap to fix the system?? I wonder if they've never seen a building older than 40 years that had air conditioning? One worker said last summer it got up to 108° in there. This should be ILLEGAL. Please everyone call them out on this. Also, it's expensive for what you get and not worth it, but that's beside the point.
