It's a Panera.
The baked goods are good. The sandwiches are OK. There's plenty of seating and it's usually quiet. There are some long time employees who are very competent, and kids who are just entering the work force.
Service is usually good but I recommend always getting a receipt and double checking your order.
The store is clean but kind of run down; the fixtures are nearing the end of their usefulness. Parking isn't adequate for the amount of business this location gets.

This location is always slow and often forget items so always check your bag on to-go orders. When we use the app we give enough time before picking up but it never seems ready and I always have to wait. It's my kids favorite place so we keep coming back.

I ordered the pic 2 and got the Autumn squash and the Italian of sandwich and a to-go cup of coffee.
I go to fill my coffee hazelnut is empty so I have to finish filling it with the regular coffee. All of which is barely lukewarm like bath water. When I get my sandwich. The whole wrapper and package is covered in oil and vinegar and it's really difficult to eat it without getting oil all over me. The food tasted good. Just poor presentation and just seems like nobody really cares there. Fireplace was also turned off. Probably difficult to see the oil with the photo below. But I basically stopped eating it cuz I was tired of having oily hands.

It's not hard to hit buttons on a POS. Order a breakfast sandwich, iced coffee, and plain bagel. Only thing rung in correctly was the plain bagel.
Everything got corrected but it should've been rung in correctly the first time. Be careful and check your orders before you leave!

They always make mistakes when you order from here. Ordered 2 sesame bagels, received 1 and 1/2. Ordered a chocolate croissant received one of their Asiago breakfast croissant instead but when I called the manager she said they don’t sell those kind of croissants. They have gone downhill over the years it’s very disappointing.

The staff was kind. It was closed at 8, but they didn't tell me to leave beforehand and said it ended politely at 8 o'clock sharp.
Several people who appeared to be Indians were chatting and working without orders, and I think it was inappropriate.

The cashier who helped me today was beyond cheerful! She literally made my day brighter. Thank you :)
I've decided Panera is way too overpriced for what you get. I could have eaten at longhorn for less and had a full dinner!

Take out Ciabatta Ham, Egg & Cheese Sandwich. No ham. No cheese. Thanks for the effort. There’s a pattern here at this location. They don’t really care about your order
