Food was horrible. Asked for extra cheese on one and it definitely wasn't there. My other pizza was so saucy my toppings just slid off and did not ask for extra sauce. Waited for someone to cash me out for 10 minutes. No hang on, one minute or anything. Disappointed, like come on. Y'all could have done better, shame on y'all.

I wanted to give an A++ to Javon (spelling might be wrong) at this Papa John's location who went above and beyond for my family tonight. I accidentally called in an order to the wrong location and he not only helped me get an order in but made sure I got my pizza as quickly as possible so I could feed my hungry kids after a really long day. Excellent customer service. Thank you! I hope someone in management sees this. He also mentioned extra savings if we used the app!

this place is the worst, we ordered our pizza while I wasnât home and they got to my house and left without ringing the door bell or with out telling me they arrived, I tired to ordered 3 times and they cancelled but didnât notify me, I had to wait 3 hours its the worst.
Order from here a lot.. Usually its acceptable. But now I've got a pizza that is mostly not cooked dough sitting on top of a burnt bottom. Can't report it online where I ordered, sat on hold with the location for over 10 minutes to talk to a manager. If I can't get ahold of you that constitutes a valid credit card chargeback.

I placed my order online and got a notification that it was ready. When I arrived at the store, there were five employees insideânone of whom greeted me or acknowledged any of the other customers waiting. Instead, they were blasting NBA Youngboy on the TV, extremely loud, with vulgar language playing while I had my young daughter with me. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
I let them know I received a notification that my order was ready, and at first, they couldnât even find it. They also helped me before other customers who had been waiting longer, which was disrespectful to them as well.
Eventually, an employee told me they had to remake my pizza because he dropped the first one. I was understanding, but when I asked how long it would take, he just said, âI donât know, but we doing it now,â in a very dismissive tone. No clear communication, no apology, no professionalism.
I donât even eat pizzaâI came because my kids asked for it. But after this experience, I definitely wonât be coming back. Between the vulgar music, the lack of customer service, the sagging pants, and the overall lack of professionalism, this location needs serious attention.

Had the absolute worst experience with how whatl can only be described as the most horrible delivery driver on earth. Totally rude...The food was mediocre at best. I will admit the call in customer service was exceptional. However, I'll never order from Papa John's again and Shaquille O'Neil should be ashamed to have his name associated with this company.
