My food is wrong or undercooked everytime I order. Last night they sent me garlic parm breadsticks instead of the original. This is the second time. In a pool of peppery garlic sauce so there is no saving them. I called this time and the employee tried to justify it by saying the ticket doesn’t differentiate? Why were there be multiple choices of breadsticks if the ticket can’t print them? Anyways I’m going to order one more time with the quality guarantee credit they gave me and if they still can’t get it right I won’t be ordering again.

One of the grossest pizzas and breadsticks I’ve ever had from papa John’s in my lifetime. It was off of DoorDash but my god it will be the first and last time ever from this location.

awesome.e.food cooked good and nice staff
I ordered a pizza 🍕 the other night, and while it was okay, the crust was a bit undercooked for my liking. Honestly, I felt a little annoyed that they asked for a tip on a pick-up order.
Maybe the kitchen was just having an off night. Overall, I'm not sure I'll be going back for a while. #PizzaProblems #TipControversy #Foodie

Order anywhere but from here this is the 2nd time my two pizzas had 2 inches of crust before any toppings, didn't know pepperoni was so hard to come by you could only fit one on a piece of pizza let alone enough sauce to maybe cover a 50 cent piece.

I can’t believe what I just witnessed. The only cook, who is fully visible, went outside for a smoke break. He wiped his mouth and face a lot while on his break, right in front of our car. He went inside and began touching food with his bare hands, he did not wash them, and wiping his nose with his hands. Then the cashier put a delivery bag in his car, and started smoking weed right in front of us. I don’t want to know what happens out of sight of customers 🤮

The ONLY reason I'm giving a so so rating was because they knew they messed up the pizza crust and still served it to me. I guess when they were taking it out of the oven they tore up about a third of the pizza. The toppings and everything else was good. It just made it messy trying to eat it. I know they were having a hard time that night and I feel bad for them because one guy walked out. I just wish they would have not messed up the crust, because I would have given them 5 stars.

If I could give this place a negative 100 I would. What an absolute dumpster fire. Door dash has completely ruined carry out orders. Was told 15-20 minutes, got there at 20 minutes to disorganize chaos. 10+ people waiting around majority being door dash drivers. Didn’t even have my order in the system after waiting 15 minutes for someone to ask for my order name. What a joke. I had to just walk out empty handed.

chronically understaffed
often with only one employee working in the store. i only ever pickup so delivery information is unknown. the gentleman i’ve most often encountered is moving at a full clip literally the entire time. Is visibly stressed, i don’t want to speak too much on his emotional state because that’s not for me to determine but he’s bookin it.
do i think this has an effect on quality? I do. though i don’t put this critique on any employee of this location. That criticism is placed on leadership, franchise owner and/or person making scheduling decisions for prioritizing payroll as one of its primary cost saving measures (presumably)
To the credit of the employees i’ve interacted with, they’ve all been courteous and professional and never fail to acknowledge customers as they enter. scheduling one person any time or day of the week is insane and unsustainable. seems like a pretty straightforward solution though. consider daily/weekly sales and volume data and use those findings to staff accordingly.🤷🏻♂️

Let me start by saying that I am not one to immediately criticize. I have worked food service before and understand that things aren't always perfect. That being said, to find A hair in / on my pizza is not necessarily world ending for me. However, to find at least 7 LONG hairs and have to pull them out of the cheese, etc. is absolutely unacceptable. Again, I am aware of health protocols when dealing with food. Get someone a hair net. This absolutely absurd and disgusting.

This place is a total joke. They have one (one!) poor employee working by herself making all the pizzas, cutting all the pizzas, boxing all the pizzas, answering the phone, and giving the pizzas to the crowd of people waiting in the lobby. The last several times I ordered delivery, it took an hour and a half to arrive and was (not surprisingly) completely cold, so I thought the problem must be that Papa John's would rather outsource it's delivery to DoorDash than pay drivers, but apparently not. It's currently 20 minutes past the latest time my single pizza was supposed to be ready, and it hasn't even been put in the oven yet.
Who owns this place, and why do they insist on running this place into the ground?
