Let me start by saying that I am not one to immediately criticize. I have worked food service before and understand that things aren't always perfect. That being said, to find A hair in / on my pizza is not necessarily world ending for me. However, to find at least 7 LONG hairs and have to pull them out of the cheese, etc. is absolutely unacceptable. Again, I am aware of health protocols when dealing with food. Get someone a hair net. This absolutely absurd and disgusting.

This place is a total joke. They have one (one!) poor employee working by herself making all the pizzas, cutting all the pizzas, boxing all the pizzas, answering the phone, and giving the pizzas to the crowd of people waiting in the lobby. The last several times I ordered delivery, it took an hour and a half to arrive and was (not surprisingly) completely cold, so I thought the problem must be that Papa John's would rather outsource it's delivery to DoorDash than pay drivers, but apparently not. It's currently 20 minutes past the latest time my single pizza was supposed to be ready, and it hasn't even been put in the oven yet.
Who owns this place, and why do they insist on running this place into the ground?

Pizza was promised in reasonable amount of time. 2 hrs late and still no pizza. Manager apologized after first phone call and said she’d bring it herself. Pizza never showed. We finally went to bed and called again, this time for a refund. We were told the driver had been out over an hour with only two orders. We live approx 2 min drive from the shop. I don’t like to leave poor reviews but there’s really nothing good I can say. Posting an update now one month later: Manager never refunded our 27.49 as she promised for their no-show pizza. Filing dispute now.

If no stars was an option i would've chose that but then i couldnt post this. I have NEVER had pizza this bad from anywhere let alone a main branch. I ordered extra sauce and had next to no sauce at all and the slice couldn't even hold the toppings, as you tried to eat it everything falls off. Considering how easy these pizzas are to make its crazy how BAD their pizza was I've had great papa johns before but this location is absolutely taking the cake on worst experience, If you are hard set on papa johns I recommend a different location!!!

So that night I went it was not busy laid back clean the lady that was their amazing woman and bad with names and I'm very sorry but you was amazing the cook thank you guys hopefully you will have an amazing 20/25 and more

My pizza was burnt and all the toppings fell off when I lifted a piece to eat. You could taste the char of the dough. Never going back.

Local delivery!!!!!!!I really thought the new location was going to help this place……. That clearly wasn’t the case!!!!!They consistently have employees that work the evening shift that don’t want to fulfill orders !!!!! I pulled up for a delivery That literally had just came in and was no way that this order has been handed out to another driver as she claimed? well, after getting on the phone with driver support that whole process!!!? Drivers support called the store and ask her if she can Fulfill the order and she told them that the order has been already handed out, so I waited outside the store for support to get done Trying to get her to fulfill the order! that she did not want to because she was out chain-smoking in the car with another delivery driver!!!!! When I pulled up, I knew the orders wasn’t going to be ready so I sat there and got my fantasy draft in order for week#2 ? so as I’m sitting there, she jumps out the car and says no DoorDash orders I told her I don’t have a DoorDash order! and I simply told her I was here for two totally different orders !! The Papa John’s delivery driver Who was supposed to help her to fulfill orders in the last two hours of closing…. how do I know? Let’s just say I’ve been there done that.!!!! to make a long story short I ended up getting the police called on me I don’t even think I need to explain why let’s just say it was 12:30am in the morning in Clintonville and I’m African-American she called the police on me And told a dispatcher that I threatened one of her delivery drivers and basically that I was acting crazy ??♂️ I already knew to just stay right there until they got there she really thought if she called police that I would run ??♂️ that’s not how it works! thank God it was some reasonable officers who responded and they handled the situation right I can’t stress enough how dangerous it can be calling the police for no reason !!!!!!! just completely unacceptable I hope management take the right action all because she did not want to fulfill the customer order!!!!!!!! I can’t make this stuff up ??♂️ I did return during the afternoon to hopefully speak with a store manager and just so happened. The district manager was there. So I first asked him did he know about the incident that happened late last night he told me he was unaware of it so I showed him the video of his store employee being completely disrespectful !!!! And I believe he handled the situation and he was very respectful and apologize about what happened!
