Penn Station East Coast Subs

I’ve ordered here twice when it says they’re open and then when I show up to get my food they’re closed. Absolutely the worst penn station location around here. Food is always late, employees are rude. Whole location is terrible

Went there Thursday evening about 5:30 and it was closed.

James was so nice. Was having a rough day and the great customer service and kindness really cheered me up! I’ll definitely be back

AMAZING EXPERIENCE TODAY!!! Tiny and Tori are the friendliest and welcoming staff Ive encountered at a Penn Station!!! Food tastes incredible!! Will definitely be returning and highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was not expecting much based on the reviews and an experience I had back in Feb with a female general manager I have seen but I was pleasantly shocked at how great this place is . Instantly welcomed and acknowledged upon walking in. The store was super clean and even the cooking area was clean ! All employees were using gloves. I specifically asked for no salami and no tomato . They made it perfectly. Bread was fresh, fries were great portions, hot and well seasoned the cookies are great as always . Lemonade was refreshing and spot on . Even though it was super clean
, there was someone wiping down tables and I found out later it was the general manager. I was very impressed to see a general manager cleaning not just pushing a pencil . The other employees immediately after giving me my order, went to cleaning. There was a peaceful family type vibe in the restaurant among the employees. I was also impressed with the female employee named Tori who did an awesome job and exhibited great customer service !

I haven't eaten there since 2008. I wanted one of their good sandwiches and I remember those fries. The quality of the sandwich has gone down but awesome customer service

Super nice people working there! 4 stars on food bc the sub was awesome but the fries were not great. Atmosphere looked a bit dingy.

First time trying Penn Station and it did not disappoint! I will definitely be back! I’ll try not to gatekeep their cookies!🍪 yummmm

First time in this location me and my son were the first in the building once they opened my Ruben had ham mixed in barley any sauce , cheese was missing called in regards to my sub made incorrectly was told to return for a remake got to this location at 830 pm online says closing time is 10pm so I was not able to get my remake very disappointed..

Sadly, this place has become a 1-star location. Food and price took as long as Chipotle next, my son and I were the only customers there at the time of our visit. We will not be returning.

Place is trash

Walked in to place my order and guy taking my order got mad and rude with me because I asked questions about items on the menu. Then when I got tired of being treated like a criminal for trying to order food I told him nevermind I will go somewhere else.
As I was driving away the employee taking my order and another employee followed me outside and started yelling vulgar and threatening remarks to me. I actually thought these 2 individuals were going to jump me. Very scary and will never be back.

Worst location ever! Nothing ever works can’t take no type of payments they always close before they’re supposed to ,would never come to this store definitely will be outta business soon

Whole crew behind counter was extremely helpful and even went out of their way to help me!

First time at a penn station and loved it! The sub had more to it than other sub shops. Cold and hot subs with hand cut fries. Thanks LeAnn!
