Place is trash
Walked in to place my order and guy taking my order got mad and rude with me because I asked questions about items on the menu. Then when I got tired of being treated like a criminal for trying to order food I told him nevermind I will go somewhere else.
As I was driving away the employee taking my order and another employee followed me outside and started yelling vulgar and threatening remarks to me. I actually thought these 2 individuals were going to jump me. Very scary and will never be back.
Worst location ever! Nothing ever works can’t take no type of payments they always close before they’re supposed to ,would never come to this store definitely will be outta business soon
Whole crew behind counter was extremely helpful and even went out of their way to help me!
First time at a penn station and loved it! The sub had more to it than other sub shops. Cold and hot subs with hand cut fries. Thanks LeAnn!
Girl with purple hair vaping next to fryers and texting above them as well with no gloves. Wouldn't be bothered by it if I wasn't waiting to he cashed out.
The old lady that works here is so weird and racist
I would get a five star if I didn’t see the cook turnaround and spit a giant loogie into what I pray was the trashcan, then turn around and continue to cook my food. That totally took my appetite all the way away. It was really really gross!
The cashier was nice and the food was ready quickly, but it was ordered “no tomato, no onion, no banana peppers” and had all 3 even though I was the only customer in the store.
Good food but this location has gone way downhill over the years and I can see why if management is posting stuff like this. Of course nobody would want to work for this kind of person so as a result there’s hardly anyone to keep things moving fast. Wait times for food is like 20 minutes and they are still taking online orders. Why on earth would you have DoorDash orders turned on if you only have two workers for the whole day. I would not be surprised if this location goes under in the next few years with how it’s currently being operated.
I don't get how this place is still in business, but it is. The food portions are either small or decent, but the product overall is pretty mid. It's slightly above Subway levels. For how much you pay for what you receive is comical. Overall I won't be back again, but thankfully Jersey Mike's is kinda close!

My partner and I walked into a Penn station on Bethel road by 315. We looked at the menu made our order. While we were waiting for the sandwiches 1 of the associates was emptying trash and without washing afterwards proceeded to garnish the sandwiches from the griller. I said that I want a new bunch because he didn't wash up after handling trash. His response was those weren't even my sandwiches. I said why does that matter. Why should I believe that you wash your hands at all. The kid couldn't come up with a good reason. So we left after it already been paid for on line and threw the food away. The next day call to talk to the manager and all they said I'd they would have to talk to the employees working on that night. Nothing happened to the nasty person that ruined our Penn Station experience. Do not ever get food from this location.
Food was good. Gentlemen taking my order was as rude a person as I have experienced at a fast food location. Which says a lot, as I have watched a drive thru employee try to fight someone. But I was on her side. This guy was a jerk as soon as I opened the door. “What?” (The tall heavy set man. Not the younger guy diligently working)

I wish I could rate a 0. I would recommend to not waste your money here, literally. I put in an order online through their website and when I arrived, the very rude cashier let me know that my order was not in the system and even when I showed him my email confirmation with an order number, the time and date of the order, and the correct location of the order, I was told that he was not going to make the sandwich or issue a refund because the order was not in his system. I had already paid for this, and had an order number, so I find that hard to believe. He then told me I’d have to figure it out through the website and offered absolutely zero customer support whatsoever to try and resolve a situation that is directly their fault. I have submitted a complaint through the website and have still heard nothing back. Terrible place

the new “manager” that’s been there since July was extremely rude. It’s a wonder why this location is losing so much business…

Worst service I’ve had in a restaurant. Asked if they we’re open at 8pm when they close at 9pm and employees made a remark that I could hear, asked again if they were open cause none of them approached me, finally one of them said “what do you want” I turned around and left.
