Just tried to go in and get some food at 9:27 pm, the hours online and on the door say 10 pm but as soon as I opened the door the person behind the counter told me they were closed, they had the open sign turned off but the door was still unlocked. I can understand 5, even 10 minutes before closing time not taking new customers but 30 minutes is a bit much.

The food was delicious ?? it was like Subway bread and Jimmy John's meat. ? The service was good, and luckily they didn't give me tomatoes (I'm sorry if u like tomatoes ?). THE FRIES ARE TO DIE FOR! it was the best part...The atmosphere looked a little run down, but we didn't die ?! I recommend doing takeout or delivery, but overall it was good. ?Vegetarian options: Small vegetarian section , the main reason you go there is because the meat. But you will like the frys Parking: Great parking, when we came it wasn't busy at all ?Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly!!! ?

Picked up the heated Italian Club sandwich and loved it! I've been here quite a few times and am never disappointed. Huge cup of fries available, if that be important enough ?.Highly recommend!Parking: Strip mall with lots of spots

I eat at this location frequently. Employees are very nice and personable, and the food is hot and fresh every time. Always enjoy eating here! Patty is the best.

Good food, decent price. Staff was friendly - they forgot lettuce on my sandwich but they were nice about when I asked them about it. I've been to this one several times and I'll be going back again. My friend who went with me had only one complaint: he was too full ?I told him, the solution is simple: don't order fries next time ?

I am a fan of Penn Station but this store was very disappointing . I am pretty sure the two people working were on some kind of drugs. They couldn’t remember the order and the guy was sweating profusely. The fries were not fresh and the tables were greasy. I will still be a customer at other stores but won’t be back to this one.

Disgusting I love Penn Station but this place was filthy 2 gay dudes kissing each other while working stale fries. 15 minutes for sandwich! I was only customer! All tables greasy and dirty! Asked for fresh fries took another 10 minutes. Will never order Penn Station again! Lost customer for

Ordered the chicken parm, it was not very good. The chicken was very salty, and tasted old. sauce almost non-existant. Took one bite and decided I was done. Ate the fries they were hot fresh and made fresh. UPDATE food also made me sick, so reducing to 1 star.

Order did not include the fries I paid for or the correct bread for my sandwiches. I've also had the artichoke sandwich dozens of times and their version is soooo underwhelming. The place also looked closed so it wasn't even clear we could pick up orders.

I ate a delicious "late lunch" on 7-20-2023 at Penn Station East Coast Subs at 775 Bethel Rd.My plan for that afternoon had been to eat at a nearby Vietnamese restaurant but I learned when arriving at that Vietnamese restaurant that they are open for "dine-in" eating only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. So I walked around to the other side of the building and found Penn Station East Coast Subs. Having eaten in the past at another location of Penn Station East Coast Subs, I had known that their food would be delicious. My food choice had been a "Classic Italian" sub: smoked ham, hard salami, pepperoni, provolone, mayonnaise, lettuce, red onion, banana peppers, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, oregano, and Roma tomatoes. My food at the Bethel Rd. location of Penn Station East Coast Subs had been delicious; the service had been friendly and helpful.
