I was not expecting much based on the reviews and an experience I had back in Feb with a female general manager I have seen but I was pleasantly shocked at how great this place is . Instantly welcomed and acknowledged upon walking in. The store was super clean and even the cooking area was clean ! All employees were using gloves. I specifically asked for no salami and no tomato . They made it perfectly. Bread was fresh, fries were great portions, hot and well seasoned the cookies...

Had a Grub Hub courier steal my food and refuse to come back with it. When I called to let the associates at the Bethel location know I would be reordering they made sure my sandwich hot and fresh when it finally got to me.
The young woman whose name I did not catch was very apologetic and helpful. So to that woman, thank you for being understanding. To the GH Courier, I hope you dropped my $15.00 Philly on your lap and the cheese gets stuck in your upholstery.
