Penn Station East Coast Subs

The staff is amazing and friendly up there, they remember your name, always prompt service, definitely one of the best Penn stations I like going to, also I am able to fit my bobtail semi truck on the side of building while I grab my food, and even with all the construction because of the traffic lights it’s easy to exit location and get back on the road. Keep up the great work you guys are awesome at this Penn station.

I always get my chicken teriyaki sub, and anyone that hasn’t tried their lemonade is missing out lol it’s delicious… 🤤

Parking: Very easy if you’re about to tell, semi truck to park on side of the building and grab your food, and easy to exit right onto the main street with traffic lights so you can get back on the road.

I love Penn Station but my experience at this location was terrible and the food was even worse. Cold fries and burnt meat. So disappointing

We recently visited Penn Station and had an exceptional experience thanks to Chris, the new manager. My family member encountered an issue with his sandwich order, which was unfortunately incorrect due to some lingering problems from prior orders. Chris, despite being only on his second day, took the time to listen to our concerns and went above and beyond to rectify the situation.

His commitment to customer service was evident as he personally ensured our order was corrected and even checked in on us to make sure we were satisfied. As regular customers for years, we’ve never experienced such a high level of service. It’s refreshing to see someone so dedicated to improving the customer experience. Thank you, Chris, for turning our visit around! We’ll definitely be back.

Watch who prepares your food. I had to tell dude to change his gloves after he handed me my change. Like he put his hands on a sub bun with the same glove he handled money with. That was so unsanitary. After this visit, I give up on Penn Station.

Called at 6 to have my subs and fries ready at 8 , I work down the street, got off got there my food wasn't ready, fries looking terrible, got home me and my girl ate got done eating and vomited, food wasn't good

Got two sandwiches. Wasn't too long a wait. The cheesesteak was good. The grilled Italian was okay

We ordered online for a specific time. It was 15 minutes behind the scheduled time. There was absolutely no customer service. I personally would not visit this location again.

I know it's hard to get good help.And I don't blame the business and I will continue to go to this location.
I ordered online to get a head.Start on lunch but they couldn't get to it till I got there.
3 people working and the girl busted her butt.And the other younger guy was working but one other male decided to take a break when there was a rush.
I work service before and we didn't take breaks during rush.
It's not against the company, but I just wanted to say that the other 2 people were good workers.And the other one seemed to be a slacker.

Ordered online and had to wait 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. The lady who is putting the order together is working by herself with no help, while there is 2 other workers working. Took 4 bites of the very sloppy made sandwich and threw it away. Every time I come to this location it's always a long wait. 256 location is way better!!!

Sent my wife up there to get me some fries, she got a sub for herself and my daughter, and was told "no fries" and sold fries to customers after, and my daughter's sub wasn't made correctly... and ended being the last person served... after a few different customers...check the camera's... May 18, 2024... the check would had been more...lmao...wowed.

I had the Club on multi-grain. Turkey, bacon, swiss, lettuce tomato, yum! I had not been here in awhile, gotta get back sooner. Let's learn more about this Downs Syndrome Adoption Foundation. It's heartbreaking to think of many of these kids never get to start, and are rejected... let's help them have a good family instead.
