The young man Treyvon who took the order was great.
Whomever he was working with
(I think he was the lead since Treyvon seemed new) needs to work on his customer service expeditiously.
We ordered the monthly special combo, which is a cheese steak.
We ordered a large we did not want mushrooms.
We wanted extra banana peppers & onions along with mayonnaise, the team lead asks if it was just a mushroom allergy, or if we just didn't like mushrooms, but said it with a condenseending tone, it didn't matter. why we didn't want the mushrooms.
It was irrelevant question. If it had been said in a kind and joking manner, we would have took it that way.
We did not🤨
We waited as they seemed to be heavily backed up only to get it home.
And the sandwich was sparse.
And I'm being nice with that word.
Along with it, being extremely dry
I don't think I could even gather the disappointment because we were on that side of town to visit my mother.
We had a good 15-20 minute drive & we were starving.
Only to open it up to what looked like a medium because that's how much meat was in it.
There was so much left over bread it was ridiculous!
We didn't even have condiments to help with the dryness!
This was absolutely an atrocious visit

I showed up about 4pm on a Tuesday and found the door locked. After finally getting the staff to open the door I was told it locks on its own. I explained it was my first time there when I asked about the sandwiches and ended up ordering the Ruban and the Turkey Avocado and then paid. Just moments after I saw the sign that said get a free six inch when you order a regular. I asked about the deal and they told me it was too late and there was nothing they could do about it. ( I should have demanded to cancel and reorder). I was the only one there until a delivery driver arrived and while there I watched while they prepared order after order after order before mine. I must have waited 15 minutes or more. First and last time will eat there.

Nice, clean dining area with clean and stocked bathrooms. Many establishments don't bother with cleaning their dining areas anymore, so it's nice to see. Great food as well.

Very friendly greeting when I came in. They waited till I showed up to pick up my online order to drop the fries so they were fresh. Didn't mind the 3 minute wait for fresh fries. Food was really good and fresh.

Delicious!

The staff is amazing and friendly up there, they remember your name, always prompt service, definitely one of the best Penn stations I like going to, also I am able to fit my bobtail semi truck on the side of building while I grab my food, and even with all the construction because of the traffic lights it’s easy to exit location and get back on the road. Keep up the great work you guys are awesome at this Penn station.

I always get my chicken teriyaki sub, and anyone that hasn’t tried their lemonade is missing out lol it’s delicious… 🤤

Parking: Very easy if you’re about to tell, semi truck to park on side of the building and grab your food, and easy to exit right onto the main street with traffic lights so you can get back on the road.

I love Penn Station but my experience at this location was terrible and the food was even worse. Cold fries and burnt meat. So disappointing

We recently visited Penn Station and had an exceptional experience thanks to Chris, the new manager. My family member encountered an issue with his sandwich order, which was unfortunately incorrect due to some lingering problems from prior orders. Chris, despite being only on his second day, took the time to listen to our concerns and went above and beyond to rectify the situation.

His commitment to customer service was evident as he personally ensured our order was corrected and even checked in on us to make sure we were satisfied. As regular customers for years, we’ve never experienced such a high level of service. It’s refreshing to see someone so dedicated to improving the customer experience. Thank you, Chris, for turning our visit around! We’ll definitely be back.
