The food was ok but the lady at the restaurant was going crazy she was extremely rude to her customers , screaming and yelling at her coworkers cursing , screaming on the phone cursing loudly slamming things around the restaurant then went to the back screaming and cursing like crazy I sat and watched a costumer wait 20 minutes for her attention before leaving , the woman made me so uncomfortable I left my food and left

It's ok. The bean sprouts were not crisp, and there was only one person working, so it took forever to get our food. Not a particularly negative experience, but I probably won't be back.

This is definitely tied for my favorite pho, in Columbus. Fantastic broth, silky and flavorful. Absolutely the best(and almost the only) beef tendon in town, with nice chunks of meat attached. If they were to serve it with ngò gai(culantro, not cilantro) it would absolutely be my favorite. Service is simple, you have to write the number of what you want as they don't speak english, but they are nice and service is quick. They also have one of the best summer rolls, in town("Spring Rolls" on the menu).

I called in my carry out order and once I arrived at my destination I saw that I was given the wrong order. Drove back to the restaurant and they wouldn’t open the door because they said they just closed. I called the phone number and was told I had to email corporate. I emailed corporate 4 times but they stopped responding after the 2nd email. I’ve eaten at this restaurant twice a week since they opened because they’re 4 mins from home, but I’ve had better pho and they’d rather lose all of my business than correct 1 order. Do the math… makes no sense!

the food was out of this world. it was the most delicious thing i have ever ate. the service was amazing, 10/10 would recommend. never have i ever ate food this fantastic. the air smelled just as amazing when I walked through the doors. trust me if you come here you will get your moneys worth. im coming back for more as we speak!!
