I ordered approx $40 worth of Pizza Hut for my family on June 15th and the store canceled my order and has not issued my refund. I have not been able to get any appropriate response from anyone in store. I want my $40 refund! I’m going to file a complaint. There is no way they have been promising my refund and they never sent it back!!
Your delivery driver tonight is garbage. Delivery was 30 minutes early and my phone was in my car charging because the power is out. I called him back 10 minutes after his voice mail...was back at store and refused to deliver it. Then he hung up on me. I live 1/4 mile away.
Pizza was pre-paid.
Absolutely terrible.
