I visited this shop today , never noticed it around before . It was empty when I arrived , which was fine for me . The host was very pleasant. I ordered simply 1/4 chicken white with fries and 2 fried eggs . Overall the chicken was juicy . They ordered sauces several times but I don’t eat sauce but if I came back I’d be curious to what they had to offer . Ordered the quarter chicken dark with two sides; white rice and black beans and a side of plantains. my partner ordered a fried rice dish with steak.
The waitress seemed annoyed that we asked for water instead of soda or any of the other drink options
My food came out about 10 to 15 min my partner’s food came out. The chicken was surprisingly dry. The rice, beans and plantains were ok, nothing out of the ordinary. I am writing this review as my partner is eating...

Amazing Peruvian chicken! I got the half chicken with yuca and sweet plantains. The chicken had so much flavor and was cooked perfectly. Also, I got the green dipping sauce with the chicken and it tasted amazing together. The plantains were so delicious, I could eat 100 of them. I will be coming in here all the time! Gem of the west side :)
