So I definitely feel the need to make this post now that I've read the reviews for the last few years !I've recently moved back to the West side and have been going back to this location for about 2 months now & every trip has been great! The food has been on point and the employees were all super nice!The wait in line was still a little longer than I'd like to admit but I feel like the reasoning for this is the automated ordering system not the employees !Keep up the good work...read full review
Almost everything was perfect. Food cooked fresh and in a timely manner. But I got home and I was missing one item my chicken sandwich. So I drove back and with no hesitation they corrected my order with a smile and kindness. And I was happy and ready to eat my sandwich.

Anyone can get unlimited free food at Rallys. All you do is complete the review on line and they email you the coupon... it's like a $6 savings every time! Not sure how they can afford to do that but their loss is my gain plus they're my fav fast food burger and I'm still addicted to cheese burgers and their seasoned fries ain't too shabby.Kid-friendliness: Depending on who's working they're not even adult friendly!
