If I could give them a 0 I would the worst service I've had at a rallys and what's even worse as I'm trying to get service at the walk up window a female employee proceeds to sit on the production counter while people's food is being made while they work around her she's sliding up and down the counter. I was extremely disgusted. They need to be reported to the board of health

Waited over 30 minutes for a 5 piece tender combo. Drive thru was not busy. About 6 cars came after us, they all got their meal. When I walked up to the window to inquire about my food after waiting after 15 mins, they said my tenders were given to another customer and they forgot about me. Also, was not given my fries for my combo. Drink was watered down because of having to wait for so long. Extremely poor customer service.

Michael was so rude! He was rushing us while we ordered our food. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food and when we asked for 2 ranches for our 2 order of wings he said .69 each. He didn’t apologize about us having to wait on our food or anything.

I just went there and spent 10$ on a small coke and a 4 piece mozzarella stick. Because I couldn't eat the sourdough cheeseburger I ordered. The bread was not toasted and it was slimey with gobs of ketchup and mustard mushy mess. I HAD TO PULL Over AND WAIT FOR IT.AND IT WAS STILL ICE COLD. I had to throw it out. I haven't been to rallys in 15 years. I thought something different I'll give it a shot. NO WAY EVER AGAIN.

Anyone can get unlimited free food at Rallys. All you do is complete the review on line and they email you the coupon... it's like a $6 savings every time! Not sure how they can afford to do that but their loss is my gain plus they're my fav fast food burger and I'm still addicted to cheese burgers and their seasoned fries ain't too shabby.Kid-friendliness: Depending on who's working they're not even adult friendly!

So I definitely feel the need to make this post now that I've read the reviews for the last few years !I've recently moved back to the West side and have been going back to this location for about 2 months now & every trip has been great! The food has been on point and the employees were all super nice!The wait in line was still a little longer than I'd like to admit but I feel like the reasoning for this is the automated ordering system not the employees !Keep up the good work !
