the cashier Yaya was a great listener, didn't make me feel rushed to order, repeated my order back without me having to ask and it was accurate. and when my order was handed to me it was 100% accurate and everything accounted for the FIRST time! that doesn't happen often so i just wanted management to know they've trained her well and her customer service was amazing.

I got the 24 wings bundle and he I seen it said ghost pepper I said no I wan garlic and regular he said the ghost pepper is the regular. Horrible to eat I still have the boxes.i said regular why would you still give me ghost pepper

Manager took my order on drive through in she was nice and very pleasant talking to me. As a customer I knew my order was going to be ok because she treated me nice.

Usually good service and fresh food but not this time staff super unfriendly and food was old and nasty and spent 30 bucks had to trash it all.

I haven't been to Popeyes for years. The experience then was much better. I got the 8 pc meal with fries, rice and beans. The rice and beans were awesome. Great smoky flavor. The fries and biscuits were good. The chicken was a disappointment. There was more coating than meat.

When I arrived to request the order the MANAGER was too rude, I said hello and she immediately told me can you wait, she looks at you in a bad way, when I asked her if she was okay, she responded in a very bad way, she was angry and took out her frustration on my poor girl and poor Guys who work there, surely that lady treats you badly, you should do something with that manager about it

The manager said something smart about me having a 100 dollar bill and the always rushing your order like slow down idn what i want yet my biscuits were hard and Mac n cheese was burnt won't ever go back

This by far the worst location in the city. The staff looks like a bunch of teenagers, I ordered a larger 4 piece meal mild they said they only have spicy mild would be 12 min for mild I said OK got spicy bc I didn't want to wait I asked for 1 breast 3 thighs a red bean no rice and a mashed potato when I received my order the red beans had rice which they did replace with the correct item the mashed potatoes had no gravy or just very little no breast just thighs I asked for jelly grape or strawberry they said they had none or even honey for my biscuit. When I get home and open my order the beans and potatoes had a sour smell to them the chicken is extra Greasy and tasted old needless to say I'll never visit this location again

Not surprised by the other reviews, My mother was in a couple days ago, she had just left dialysis right around the area and while waiting on her transportation ride, she wanted some food so she walked into the dining room, she nicely waited until the general manager came over and asked for the building number for her ride to which the Gm responded “you have a phone you can look it up.” Not everyone knows how to use the internet, has the phone service; data; or battery to do so. The behavior from the MANAGER was very unprofessional, unacceptable, incompetent, and unethical. Do better Popeyes!
