I visit this location every single day and i must say reading these reviews i really think people just don’t appreciate this staff here, the management team itself amazing you can tell that Shanta makes sure she sets her team up for the day. I speak to her everyday when I’m there and she’s always smiling and putting her team on point, her managers under her you can tell they have the up most respect for her because when she’s out it still feel like she’s there. I’m happy to say I’d be doing business with Potbelly for every office event that requires catering! My team and I hosted an event today and I had the pleasure of organizing the perfect Luncheon thanks to Shanta and Claire! This Location has a great team. They packaged our Large bundle for 10 perfectly with ample condiments, and a great assortment of chips and cookies. A 10/10 experience, I highly recommend for your next office gathering, charitable event or conference meeting!
Meisha was really nice I told her this was y first time trying Pot belly she recommended the sky cubaro sandwich which was amazing . She is very nice , respectful and make sure customers are satisfied.
