For starters our ice cream cones were melted before we even got our drinks in the drive through, chicken nuggets and fries were stale and tasted of old grease, which is the reason why I didn't go back for the fry missing from my order, the inside looks unkept (dirty),and the customer service was non existent!...I could go on but see for yourself and enter at your own risk!!
This is the worst Rally's experience I've ever had. When ordering ahead on their app, be careful because if you order a shake at this location it will never have a working shake machine, you have to go through customer service to explain why you need a refund.
