I ordered my meal that contained 3 burgers. Big Burford and two Rally burgers. Got home and started eating, I was hungry so at first I didn't notice, so yes I took three bites of my Big Buford before I realized all I'm eating was just meat and bread, it had no tomatoes, lettuce, or onions and no cheese. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker at 3:10 pm on a Thursday. the female worker said it will be 15 minutes. I said what? a male voice comes on really LOUD and said.. shift change 15 minutes. I said. you don't have to be a d!ckhe@d about it. I did not stay. terrible rude and unacceptable.
Yea they just lost a customer. It's one thing when you screw up my order every time that I come, but this is the last straw. This time, I gave the guy my card to pay for my food, but when this fool returned my card, I immediately noticed the SPEEDWAY CARD, I looked at the paid receipt, and I had to take a deep breath. I got the guys attention and got my card back but this fool had the nerve to tell me that it was his work card! I said, "but that's a Speedway card". When he giggled...read full review
