If you haven’t been to the Red Lobster in Columbus Ohio located on Hamilton Road you’re missing out! The food was 🔥 and the service from Haylei took it up another level with her hands on, and courteous service from the moment I visited. Keep Haylei and the cooks happy because they made my trip there worth it.

Bold and Beautiful
Terrific dinner experience on 11/23. Tobi was our waitress and she was the best. We laughed and enjoyed talking to her. She was a pure delight. We are going to ask for her specifically next time. We typically go to the Grove City location but she made the dinner top notch. The food was great. The Lobster flatbread and their holiday drink was very good. The food was hot and good. The only downfall was the cleanliness. Some of the seats at the tables were dirty.

Food was hot and made to order. We sat down and waited nearly ten minutes for anyone to come to the table. Apparently there was a mix-up in communication with the hostess. Our server really came to the rescue. Vanessa just became our family's favorite server. She's friendly, hard working and smart. She's also going to be the one we call and confirm is there prior to a Red Lobster trip.
