They were unprepared for large parties. It was a Sunday at 1pm and we sat down and were told They were out of several staples including salads. We had to go find our drinks at the bar because it took so long. We still gave full 20% gratuity but they need help.

The commercial about the NEW but still the same Red Lobster drew me in, last time I visited they were still in bankruptcy..and it tasted like it..lol, but now the YUM is back. I enjoyed my meal!! Had the crab legs with garlic butter...the garlic butter was on the crab ..so use to dipping the crab meat into the butter, I thought I would not be able to taste it..I was pleasantly surprised...it took me a good hour plus to eat allll my medium size crab legs..only had to use my cracker maybe 5x...not sure when crabfest is over but I hope to return before it ends..Hopefully they will have some bibs by then

If your in the Capital of Ohio and craving seafood feast. Red Lobster Hamilton Road Eastside is your best stop. Our waitress Michelle was amazing, awesome and very nice. Not everyone knows how to deal with kids that are autistic. Michelle, however was amazing, they ran to her hugged her pinched her she was like it's okay their fine. Thanks 😊 you are an amazing person. She was the best waitress I've ever had. I like to go out to eat with my 5 kids and myself she made it a nice and relaxing outing for us.
