What I am rating is specifically the Birria tacos, now the consomé is amazing, like really good 10/10. But the birria tacos are not your normal fried tortilla in the juices of the broth. It’s practically a warm tortilla with cheese and carnitas. Wouldn’t even call it a taco. To the owners all yall need to do is oil fry the “Birria tacos” con el consomé también, and it’ll be a drastic improvement.
