rib tips are wonderful so tender
Great experience, great food, great owners. The ribs were the best I’ve ever had. The Mac and cheese was fantastic and shack sandwich was huge!! Great deserts as well. May have to get a whole sweet potato pie next time because one piece wasn’t enough. Check them out you will not be disappointed

Ribman Catering Inc. serves delicious food. The rib tips are nice and juicy with a perfect bbq sauce on them, slightly sweet. The greens are perfect with a mild taste, cooked just right and have small bits of pork in them. The baked beans have chopped up red/green peppers with a mild taste in the sauce. The Mac and cheese is off the chart with a super smooth flavor to the cheese. The ribs are the best and the shack sandwich is huge. The deserts are great, especially the sweet potato pie. The owners are great people who really love their business. They use a Southern Pride smoker with apple wood to give the meats a mild flavor. Ribman Catering Inc. is a serious operation that serves great food. If people get the chance, they should check them out. They will not be disappointed.
