Tried it for the first time a few weeks ago, was back again yesterday. Burgers are delicious - crispy edge, all the toppings, soft toasted bun. Burger and shoestring fries were all served hot and fresh. Friendly, attentive service. Will definitely be back.
I was a fan in the 80s. I wasn't sure they could reproduce it. They nailed it. The fries, the burger and especially the shake were as good or better than I remembered. I'll be back.
I love Ritzys. However, this is the dirtiest I have ever seen the place since it opened. It either needs completely renovated or a professional cleaning company to come in and clean the entirety of the restaurant. The floors are so greasy I slipped multiple times. Everything is super dirty, grimy and gross. Like I said, love the food but the interior definitely needs some love. I don’t enjoy going places where I feel dirty just being inside let alone in a restaurant…
