Food was excellent, service not so much , I was outside enjoying the beautiful day waiting because i was the only person that day until i was ready to leave and appeared they had instant help mayby just because i came in alone that day for lunch idk
I haven't been to a roosters in a hot minute. I went to meet a close friend, her dad her new baby and my mom met us there. I'm really picky about my chicken, so I planned on getting a burger, last minute, I switched to the BBQ chicken and bacon with cheese, and lettuce. And I got my dumpster fries. Love me some dumpster fries. Heart attack on a plate. Yum. It was fan-frickin tastic. Chicken was cooked perfectly (doesn't happen at places too often the way I like)...
We had exceptional service and consideration at the Henderson Rd location this evening. We had a party of seven for my sons birthday and one of the party had a walker and has difficulty navigating. The servers and hosts went out of their way to find a table that would accommodate our party and made sure my aunt could get in and out easily with her walker.
