Management and staff at this establishment are some of the most kind, caring, and thoughtful service workers I’ve seen in this generation. Thank you all so much for giving us a wonderful experience! Not only was the food spectacular, but our drinks stayed filled and the waitress didn’t mind at all when my young son took his time trying to order for himself. The Christmas cheer was especially wonderful within the restaurant as well. We will definitely be coming back!
Wow traveled to the big city today to meet old friends. This palace was packed but EVERY employee was friendly, food was great and to top it off i forgot my phone and glasses the waitress had them for me when i returned. Integrity friendliness and affordable good food.
Service was terrible, the hostess was very unfriendly, our waitress seemed like she hated her job, barely looked our way and didn’t come to our table very often, if I went back, I would definitely stay away from her area. Food was good, just coulda been more fresh, wings had good flavor but was room temperature and fries were kinda cold, I’m guessing she left them in the kitchen for a bit before she brought them out.
