half the time i come here my food is either freezing cold or i’m missing an item. it doesn’t help that nobody in there can fluently speak english. if you want to have good customer service you have to understand the language fully.
This location has been out of sprite every time I’ve tried coming here for over a month now and I don’t understand how you have no sprite for over a month in the drive through??

I live in Hilliard, but was with a friend who lives near Polaris, so we stopped in. I has never been to a McDonald's with a kiosk. It was a very user friendly process! The atmosphere was the best! I didn't feel like I was in a McDonald's, but rater a cool diner. The seating was the coolest I've ever seen in a McDonald's.
