I have known Michelle for years and have heard nothing but amazing things about her cakes. This past weekend, I finally had the chance to order some for myself. My twins turned 5, and my daughter wanted a ballerina cake while my son wanted a fire engine cake. Michelle did an absolutely amazing job with both cakes. Sauer Cake made our Gluten free and Dairy free wedding cake and it was the best cake that we had ever tasted! Our guests could NOT get enough of it and as soon as it came out it was gone!! We cannot recommend them enough!! Definitely going to be ordering from them again!!
Michelle created the perfect cake for our daughter’s graduation party! The tiers displayed a lovely transition from high school onto college and the cake was absolutely delicious!
