The workers we're really nice it wasn't the customer service that was bad at all. It was the ALIVE bug I found in my salad and the crusty nasty pasta that had been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. I normally love sbarros I got there every time I'm in Columbus but this last time broke my hungry heart.
