Even though this Starbucks is busy, the staff were very patient and friendly and made my order just the way I like it. Next time I come to Polaris, Columbus, I'd go there again.
Hands-down my favorite Starbucks location. Staff is always friendly, welcoming, and patient no matter how busy they get. Really well-managed and efficient location. Great, prompt service.
