Some of the nicest staff ever! Walked up, not one but 2 ladies greeted me, assisted finding order. Staff at this location are amazingly friendly, professional, and quick... food was excellent I get the entire franchise now! So yummy, but staff make it amazing.
Although I was unable to receive my food due to technical difficulties, I was able to speak to a manager, Kiona. She listened and was very understanding. I was able to get a refund no issues!
Late-night bites — hot, fresh, and perfect. While the air conditioning seemed to be on the fritz, the manager went out of his way to make the experience better. He offered us complimentary drinks while we waited, even though we hadn’t ordered them, just to make up for the uncomfortable heat.
He went above and beyond to solve a problem that wasn’t even his fault, and he did it without us having to ask. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated.
