I used SP to cater a graduation party at my home. They arrived promptly before the event and set everything up. The presentation of the food was nice and the hot items were hot. I ordered a variety of items but the standouts were the mini crab cakes (they did not skimp on the crabmeat at all and had great flavor!) and the mac and cheese balls (creamy and flavorful). I have now had the opportunity to indulge in a few of their options on two occasions, two different catered events, years apart! Both times, everything I had was excellent! The mac & cheese from years before was absolutely delicious, and last night, the greens were the star of the show, for me!! They were fresh and clean, and FLAVORFUL!
