The owner, Michelle, is amazing. The hippie, far left bartender, not so much. It's still baffling to me how some people who claim to be a beacon of equality and acceptance can fall so far from it. I guess this to can be performative. Do better.
This is my first time here and I am impressed with how attentive the bartender was. The drinks were poured really well and the bartender was very intuitive and informative about about the different spirits. The jukebox was pretty cool and the pool tables were pristine, although they cost $1.25 versus the standard $1.00 elsewhere in the city. Pool tables were nice and reasonably priced, decent parking on 4th St.I didn’t care for the juke box, the song selection was very limited and it was silent for a while when nobody played any songs.
