I had the pumpkin spice Chai latte at another location and I was in heaven. I wanted another one and came to this location. Was night and day, this was terrible! Asked for light ice, ice filled to the bottom asked if I could have light ice that I previously asked for before paying. Got the nastiest look from the employee, threw the drink together, not mixed syrup stuck to the bottom. Tastes horrible. And snatched the previous drink from the counter. I feel like I completely wasted 7 bucks! ?

Took almost 20 minutes for them to check out to people‘s orders. Questioned everything about my order. Very rude and unhelpful with solutions to fix what they can’t provide. And made comments under their breathe before handing me my coffee. Cathy was the associate

Employees were irritated when I interrupted their personal conversation.
This location really needs better employees. They always have attitudes if you hate your job that much then quit. They made my first and last experience at this Starbucks bad. Do better especially Kathy. I don't know the other young lady's name I believe it was sara but they definitely have to do better or they'll keep losing customers. They don't even deserve one star truthfully.

They replaced the coffee shop with a Starbucks. I guess the Starbucks across the street and the one next door in the bookstore aren't close enough.
