This location has quickly become my favorite Starbucks in Columbus. Every morning I pull up NO LINE in the drive thru (can’t find that anywhereeee else) and if there is a line, it’s very small and stays moving very quick. Most mornings I’m pulling in, ordering and driving off in under 1 minute. The biggest thing for me is my refresher is always perfect!! It’s genuinely exhausting dealing with some of these other stores so I THANK YALL DEEPLY!!!

The employees here were terribly rude to our family when we told them all we had was cash to pay for our drinks. How un-American to not take currency. I saw other reviews that it is because then they can’t then hand you their machine to ask for a “tip”. A tip? Why am I tipping for you to do your job correctly? The tipping thing has gotten way out of hand, especially with the over-priced drinks here. When we told them we didn’t have anything on us except cash they said we needed to leave. Corporate Starbucks should be ashamed of this place! Our family always goes to Starbucks but think All 7 of us will be patronizing Crimson Cup & other smaller shops who actually care about their customers from now on.

Crazy parking lot but it’s contently placed near by my doctors office!I wouldn’t recommend this location if you wanted to sit down and study due to the smaller lobby and the limited parking lot. However if you just need a quiet bite or coffee they have their drive thru running smooth as butter. I didn’t see any cars waiting in the drive thru line.

Actually changed this review from 5 star to 3.I don't leave negative reviews as I understand that everyone has an off day. However, I have noticed the level of customer service at this location progressively declining and generally lacking. When asking for the blonde roast that was advertised on the coffee machine, and being offered pike instead, a customer should not be dismissed when asking or a pour over. Naturally, when we encouraged the barista to do a pour over for the advertised Christmas Blend, she smirked and said 'yes sir' then simply walked away and started speaking with her co-workers about the interaction in her headset. It was obvious. When the product was served, there was no label on it so I checked the app. It was rang as Pike place, we questioned it. While the person who poured the cup was sweet as could be and reassured it was not pike. We asked what it was and she stated veranda, still not the blonde roast that was requested. Not wanting to wait 10 more minutes, we just took it. After this, I see two of the barristas glance our way and state something in the headsets. I mean, come on...The girl who took the order, very passively aggressive, states outloud, 'sorry I forgot the change the label' to the barrista who made it.The correct way to handle this: I'm sorry, we do not have that freshly brewed, we would be happy to make a pour over if you have time to wait, as it can take a bit of time". The power of suggestion and politely leading the customer can do wonders. Maybe this can be used as a training opportunity.

Gave me the wrong drink again. Ordered white chocolate, got regular mocha. And, even though there were 3 cars in the drive thru, it still took 10 minutes. Every Starbucks just has a bunch of problems with them. What a shame.

Parking: Very small lot shared with a few other businesses.

It is exactly what a Starbucks should be. Noticeable difference is there is natural light in at least one of the restrooms, which is pretty cool.

It's a really nice local Starbucks on the first floor of a small residential building. It's always staffed well with many long time baristas. Pricing is high like one would expect from a Starbucks. There is a drive through which wraps around the building that can sometimes back up but they keep it moving.

Parking: Parking is tight at the back of the building but generally there are spaces available.
