I love the staff they all are personable, they try to memorize your orders and friendly. Minus one staff member she's the shortest one their female and I don't know if she's Indian or what but she's always rude she never gives me a straw when I ask. If I need something else she's always got an attitude. I will go in the store at time just to avoid an interaction with her it's not a good one.
I just want to say Lanna has ALWAYS given such amazing customer service & literally is the sweetest. I’ve never once came to this Starbucks & had a negative experience. The store is always kept clean & everyone is always the kindest!
Love this location. And today I went into the store instead of the drive thru. It was clean and peaceful even though there were plenty of people inside. Customer service is impeccable at this location. Keep up the great work.
