I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes which is a bit longer than usual, wasn’t going to complain because it’s a weekend and I get it, but the guy at the window gave me my order free for the wait. The workers are always so nice at this location!

You will wait for 30 minutes and be mesmerized by the laziest, most uninspired baristas you'll ever see. One staring into the abyss, another polishing the same spot in eternal loops, the third presumably debating existentialism with the beans.

Took way too long for two caffè lattes, and still made the order wrong after waiting 20+ minutes, baristas needs more training on how to make orders!! Terrible service!!

Best Starbucks in town! Went in here on Halloween and the baristas gave me a standing ovation for my costume. Many of them were in costume themselves. While they were slamed on red cup day they took care of every customer while having a que of over 50 drinks. They always work as a team and it was felt the way they made me feel special today!

Absolute slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered one drink and I’ve been in the drive through for at least twenty minutes. There were only 3 cars ahead of me!

I've been here twice in the last 5 days having to pass thru Columbus from Cleveland to Cincinnati. Both times drive thru service was extremely slow. I've been here for over 5 mins from ordering to receiving (still haven't received) and I was the ONLY car in the drive thru!!!!!!!! With one drink and 2 cookies!! Not sure the hold up but lordy!!! The employee at the window was nice. Drink is made correctly and I received the cookies as ordered.

This is the best starbees ever, I love all the morning workers. They make the best drinks.

You would think that all Starbucks are the same... they are not. This is one is one of the better Starbucks I've been to. My mocha was prepared perfectly and the staff was extremely friendly. When I'm in the area, I will definitely be back!

I was really craving a pistachio coffee but they had sold out. The girl at the register did an amazing job at recreating it and making it even better. Best coffee I’ve ever had from a Starbucks.

I was ill she recommended a medicine ball tea, best ever!

My fiancé ordered a pumpkin chai from this Starbucks today and when he was given his drink he noticed it looked different than normal so he asked the workers 3 different times that this was his drink, a pumpkin chai and they said yes, that is a pumpkin chai. It is in fact not a pumpkin chai, it is a normal coffee with cold foam on top. It is wrong to lie to customers and is poor service to make incorrect drinks and not fix your mistake.
