My fiancé ordered a pumpkin chai from this Starbucks today and when he was given his drink he noticed it looked different than normal so he asked the workers 3 different times that this was his drink, a pumpkin chai and they said yes, that is a pumpkin chai. It is in fact not a pumpkin chai, it is a normal coffee with cold foam on top. It is wrong to lie to customers and is poor service to make incorrect drinks and not fix your mistake.

This location used to be great but it seems like there’s a long line every morning because cars aren’t moving. It takes them so long just to make one order so the cars stack up. Very time consuming when you’ve got to be at work.

Everything is great. Staff is friendly and attentive. That location is just SO INSANELY busy and at all times. Make sure your prepared fo wait or sit in drive through line or order ahead. No such thing as a quick Starbucks run at this location.
