Don't care for the drinks that are made here. Most of the time, my order is incorrect, or the drinks are very watered down. I got a brown sugar shaken espresso with extra cinnamon, and they put so mucn cinnamon in it that I was choking. The Frappuccino are okay if they are made normally, but I wouldn't modify it. As for the service, nobody acknowledges you when you walk inside. You have to actively wave someone down before they pay you any mind or ask what drink you are waiting for. The drive-thru is probably a different experience, but walk-in customers should altleast be acknowledged.

Ayeelynn is very rude. I waited over 30 minutes on a mobile order asked what was going on with it and she said they was really backed up and there's nothing they can do in a rude tone. Yall charge a abundance amount for your products, the last thing you're staff should be doing is getting snippy with your customers. Dunkin for now on for me!

Seriously don’t go here, ever! Find another one that’s 3 minutes away and save yourself a 25 minute wait for cold coffee. No vouchers offered for terrible service and terrible product. Interior was closed so instead you get to wait in the drive through line for mobile orders. Absolutely the worst.

I understand it’s packed during christmas and you’re busy but that doesn’t give your staff the right to just force orders out without care. I asked for a Venti Latte and was given steamed milk instead. There wasn’t even a hint of espresso in my latte it tasted like steamed milk. People understand if you’re busy and we’d rather wait for quality instead of a half baked product.
