I don't normally write reviews because it feels very bi$tchy to complain about coffee. But I had to say something cause this is the only Starbucks in this side of the town. Consistency and drive thru waiting times have gotten better at this location but the vibes have not! They always make my coffee right (one big guy in particular makes it really well) but they always look insane the entire time. I love Starbucks but this particular one was the worst experience. The drinks were weak and wattered down. The food was overheated and dry and service was poor. The staff appeared clueless and frantic. Even prepared on of the drinks incorrectly and staff had an attitude about making it right.
I had a great experience this morning with Madison. She is professional and friendly. Just what a customer needs at 6:45 in the morning. Working a window isn’t easy but she makes it seem so. A customer service professional.
