Ordered online through the mobile app, had to wait 30 minutes in store to get two drinks and a cheese danish. I asked for my chai to have a pump of brown sugar syrup, whipped cream, and cinnamon powder on top - it was printed on the label, but they just gave me a regular chai with nothing else. And I requested the cheese danish to be heated up but they literally left it in the plastic bag, stuck it in a Starbucks bag and called it a day. I ordered via mobile and no one was even working the Starbucks when I arrived. I called and the Kroger person put me on hold x 10 minutes while they looked for her. I then went to customer service and the Starbucks employee was talking to them at the counter while I was on hold. I took a refund. Place is poorly managed and staffed.
