Just here to say the guy Alec that works the drive thru window honestly has the best customer service i’ve been to multiple starbucks & have to say i have never been treated bad but you can tell Alec loves his job & loves working with people
This is the best location to go too. Do Not go to the Hilliard store infront of meijer, you wait so long and they make their hours up on a daily basis. Orders are always wrong too.If there is a line wrapped around the building here, I guarantee you you won't wait longer than 10 min. They always get the orders right. The staff are wonderful This is a super fast location! If I could give them 10 stars I totally would. I'll drive out of my way to come here that's forsure.
It's a catch 22 with this location. In the morning it's like pulling teeth in order for them to get your drink right, but in the afternoon it's a whole different story, your drink is on point...
