This is my favorite Starbucks location. The staff is so nice and the store is always clean. The location can get very busy depending on what events might be happening at the attached convention center, but I'll gladly wait in line here vs going to a different location.
Honestly not sure why I expect decent customer service from Starbucks anymore but here I am. Took 20 min to make a basic iced coffee and the bagel/cream cheese didn’t even come with a knife to spread the cream cheese with. At one point I see one employee leaning against the counter on her phone. *sigh* At least the guy taking my order was nice today. That’s what the 2 stars are for (instead one 1).
Found the most amazing Starbucks spot! ? It's got this huge sitting area that's like coffee heaven - lots of space to stretch out and relax! ? If you don't want to be packed in like sardines, this one feels chill and serene, even during the busy times! ? The natural light is fantastic, and the baristas are super friendly. If you want a peaceful coffee escape, this spot's got your back! ☕️✨ Check it out! ??
