The man who took my order was rude to me the minute he found out I had a large order , had a very bad attitude the whole time making it and then kept telling everyone in a angry voice that they would have to wait awhile because hd had a huge order to deal with. I understand it was inconvenient for him as he was the only one working, but that doesn’t make it right to be rude to me .

There is a Guy called NIC he is so arrogant..I am not sure what kind of polices Starbucks had when I said lite ice he gave me 3/4 drink of the large size. This is the routine I do Mango Dragon Fruit Refreshner lite Ice and it always the drink of full cup. He just wants to play that way. But I always been to this place twice a week atleast and there are other ladies Abida and other two ladies they are really nice and good at customer service.

I am adding more because this guy Never changes, they are out of Venti cups and he gave me in XL like half and told me it is because I ordered Venti and lite Ice.

Starbucks(Owner) pls explain me does it mean less drink when we say light ice. If that is not the case pls explain ur employee NIC that is not how it works it is the option that comes with the drink if we choose to.

My daughter and I love Starbucks. We usually get their Vanilla Chai tea latte (hot) and hot chocolate with a cake pop and cheese danish. It was so good. The customer service this past Tuesday was superb.

Employees are kroger Employees so it's hit or miss on the drink made correctly an for a drink being 10$ you definitely want it made correctly.

Me and my husband when in there to grave a drink we say hi to the lady name ABida she didn't answer for 5 seconds later and her attitude was rude and she was on her phone I am never coming back to the place again

I mostly order ahead and most of the time they don’t have my stuff and getting my refund is mostly the problem my last refund I just gave up and didn’t waste my time even going back there to the store thanks but never coming back to that location

They were swapping shifts when I got here which resulted in a long wait. New staff didn’t know how to make my drink (one of the advertised fall ones) so it took awhile. They were friendly about it tho and place was tidy
